That seems about right. And yes it is that is actually what your supposed to do is eat under that mark if you can. But do not be fooled you need to eat for your matabolism to burn fat in your body. That set limit is the amout that you can eat without gaining any weight. Everybody's bodies burn about 2500 calories a day if you want to loose weight eat under that mark
