DAY 3 - MOTIVATION AND MORE - THANKSGIVING CHALLENGE

Today is DAY 3 and time to embrace the day and each other! What a simply W o N d E r F u L L L day to be alive!

Go outside, breath in the air, look at the sky .. how long has it been since you took a few moments to do so??? Stop the rat race for a few minutes and just enjoy being!

What a glorious, mysterious and awesome day to learn and to grow in spirit. Appreciate your self, your life and all the beauty that surrounds us in nature .. it always helps with our perspective.

Well i had a pretty good except that i am really sore from wii sports boxing lol! still did my 10 min cardio cus i know i need it! I found a belly dancing 5 mins workout that i will start 2morrow and let yall know if it actually works! according to the body fat index my stomach is carrying too much weight so im hoping for results!! I did good on my eating did not over do the fat intake today although need more protein but again im hoping to do better next week i am going to invest in some protein bars for that and to help curb the cravings. i only go outside to get my mail lol the wind is usually blowing this time of year and i cant breathe it too much or i get sinus infections but today was a nice day! My fav. nature memory is probably again when i was young in elementary school we used to talk walks around the new golf course at the parks i always enjoyed those regardless where we were going!! Advice for others well just keep trying its hard but you gotta stick with it sometime! i fail alot on exercising and watching my eating but i know sooner or later i am really gonna have to do it for reals and im hoping now is the time!!
