Don't be that way.  Investigate, broaden your horizons, and try it.  Its a low fat, very healthy substitute for meat in many recipes.  You can change the texture by freezing it, defrosting, and squeeeezing it out.  Then it can be crumbled into any recipe calling for ground beef or turkey.

Incorporating one or two meatless meals a week is good for you, anyway.

I'm making a General Tso's tofu.  Had tons of great reviews, even by non tofu eaters on recipezaar.

At first I thought .. ewww ... then I realized that I need to branch out and try it again.  So ... I'm in!  I just need to find a way to make it not jelly or clabbery like ..

Off to search for recipes!
