Don't be that way. Investigate, broaden your horizons, and try it. Its a low fat, very healthy substitute for meat in many recipes. You can change the texture by freezing it, defrosting, and squeeeezing it out. Then it can be crumbled into any recipe calling for ground beef or turkey.
Incorporating one or two meatless meals a week is good for you, anyway.
