I have read some of the research and been pregnant myself, so I know the pros and cons of Hcg in weight loss. The thing about it is that you really need to be monitored by a physician if you are going to take it. First, you have to be evaluated because not everyone is a candidate. Also, it is very expensive, so not really for long-term use. You also need to ask yourself if you have the weight loss personality for it. Hcg increases appetite, too, so it can make it harder to diet properly and if you eat "normally" while taking it, you basically won't lose weight and may even gain.
We don't advocate the use of that product; you might try asking in The Weight Loss Alternatives forum.
Good luck
