I am singing and burning my favorite candle to keep my spirits soaring and trying a new exercise today. And, making lots and lots of new friends to share our paths! :)
*I finished my AM workout, even though I felt like quitting 10 minutes in to it (just really tied this morning!)
*I ate only 1 breakfast, though I felt hungry enough for several!
*I wore a sweater that was too tight last year, and it's too big now, to remined myself that my body is changing, even though I don't always feel like it is!
*I packed my lunch. (I always do, so that I don't get tempted to buy.)
*I'm keeping in mind that I weigh myself on Fridays. I hope to see some success tomorrow, but am keeping in mind that it's a marathon and not a race, and I'll stay positive about it no matter what!
lets see here well i havent really jumped the gun on this whole excersie thing which i knoww is key to a healtier new me so this morning i thought i would offer my wonderful motivation to others and get my self in atleaast a ten minute work out But ive made wonderful progress i cut out all soda yippiee great i know its made me really proud of myself i loved soda key word loved lol i havent ate no JUNK food for a few days YAY ive cut back on my portions I use to eat even when i was full because it tasted good. But no more of that :) ive begun to drink more water soo im really happy for myself that ive made some smart choices so if i can do it so can you :)
i did a lil mini work out and WOW im soo outta shape but i feel totally great i did 30 squats i was only going for 20 but went for ten more did 20 lunges some jumping jacks thats about it im soo worn out but like i said i couldnt be happier now that ive actually did something instead of just thinking and saying i would YAY! im soo happy im making great progress feel as tho i can do a lil more

I am cooking healthy but tasty food and planning my meals around appropriate carbs, fats and proteins for my target and keeping calories between 1200 and 1550 per day. I have not been good at exercising so need to work on my schedule to make this happen.
