Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there.
Another week has flown by and once again, it's time for our Sunday weigh in........... hope everyone's ready for this!!
As of this morning, I'm down 0.2 lbs from last week, but once again, my weight has been all over the scale this past week, ranging from 142 to 149........ I'm not sure what's up with that, and guess I really can't say whether I lost or gained, because I did both, more than once!!
At any rate, last week, I was at 147 when I weighed, this week, I'm at 146.8, so I guess I'll claim that loss of 0.2 lbs, and make up my mind to lose at least a pound this coming week.
I'd like to take this opportunity to remind everyone to look for the new "challenge" post, and do come join us, so we can have some fun; the more the merrier........ I've made the commitment, now I have to follow through.
I've got the fridge stocked with fresh veggies for salads, a couple boiled eggs, etc, so I'm ready to start my week. Several months ago, I also purchased a brand new yoga dvd, on which the seal has never been broken; guess it's time ........
