Sunday Weigh In - May 8, 2011

Happy Mother's Day to all the  mothers out there.  

Another week has flown by and once again, it's time for our Sunday weigh in........... hope everyone's ready for this!!

As of this morning, I'm down 0.2 lbs from last week, but once again, my weight has been all over the scale this past week, ranging from 142 to 149........ I'm not sure what's up with that, and guess I really can't say whether I lost or gained, because I did both, more than once!!  

At any rate, last week, I was at 147 when I weighed, this week, I'm at 146.8, so I guess I'll claim that loss of 0.2 lbs, and make up my mind to lose at least a pound this coming week.  

I'd like to take this opportunity to remind everyone to look for the new "challenge" post, and do come join us, so we can have some fun; the more the merrier........ I've made the commitment, now I have to follow through.  

I've got the fridge stocked with fresh veggies for salads, a couple boiled eggs, etc, so I'm ready to start my week.  Several months ago, I also purchased a brand new yoga dvd, on which the seal has never been broken; guess it's time ........

Now, it's your turn -- how did you do over the past week?  Of course, we want to help you brag on your success;  or learn how can we help you reach your goal?

OOPS, I weighed earlier this morning, but my daughter was just DYING to go shopping.  I came downstairs after my shower and forgot to post.

I stayed exactly the same, and I was not too surprised.  Well, yes and no.  Like you, Barb, I was up and down all week, but mostly DOWN !  I also exercised a LOT and did NOT feel like I ate wrong.  Since I am only getting back into the swing of exercise again, I am not overly discouraged.  With any luck at all, next week all this exercise will catch up....?  We'll see next week, won't we - because I, too joined the summer challenge.  Of course, I am not behind in my own goal of 1.5 lbs/week anyway, :(
