We'll eat well at first and then later on that day when we just have too much fun to care, we'll /I'll get more food. I was thinking limiting the $ i have, just seems difficult to do though...

Just read your comments. Your post reminded me of when my best friend
and I used to order nachos and cheese plate and not give a thought to
how many calories they contained. It's hard when you're out with your
friends. Instead of junk food, since you and your friends are trying to lose
weight, try ordering an appetizer that's a healthier choice that you can
share. When I go out with my women friends, let's say for lunch, we
often order a yummy dip and let's say some pita pieces to use in the
dip. Bruchetta is also a healthy choice. If you stay strong and all of you
agree to order a healthy appetizer you can share, it will probably work.
