OOPS THOUGHT I WAS ON YOUR OTHER POST
I read a book by Dr. Joel Fuhrman, whom most of you have heard of i'm sure. I lost 30 lbs in 2 1/2 months with very little exercise. It's sure worth the read. It really opened my eyes. Good luck to you all.

One thing you can try is l-glutimine,it will help with sugar craving n it is pretty cheap too, I've lifted weights a long time n am pretty familiar with supplements ,I take it everyday
Looks like you to cut out the sugar. Also, you're not eating enough for breakfast and lunch, so you over did for afternoon/evening.
Try scrambled eggs with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, etc for breakfast instead of a protein bar. Add a serving of brown rice and more veggies to your chicken and cucumbers for lunch. Snack on an apple with some peanut butter in the afternoon, instead of the Starbucks coffee. A Taco Bell taco won't break the calorie budget, if you stop at one. Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day.
today I started a good I had a protein bar for breakfast and then I had chicken and cucumbers for lunch today and then I'm not that I didn't do so well I had some Starbucks Coffee iced coffee which I know has a lot of sugar in it and then I had Taco Bell tacos for dinner and cleaning and Ice T
I'm not sure why you're so worried about getting sick on a low carb diet... The only carbs you have to give up are sugar, white flour, rice, etc. Veggies and whole grains are the best sources of complex (good) carbs. Also make sure you get plenty of lean protein and adequate "good" fats.
