Myself, I am also a runner. Right now running is hard because it is so cold here and that really makes problems with my asthma. So to run, I have to make time to get to the gym on the treadmill. I need to start incorporating some weights and maybe some swimming into the routine...but those also need the gym and I'm not really liking the thought of going outside into the cold after swimming.
I do enjoy quite a few exercises that I have found online. Some of them are 10-20 minute boot camp exercise drills, so far those are the ones that I like the best. I also posted a yoga exercise a few days ago that was pretty cool...
