So happy this morning! I did my 30 minutes of walking yesterday, ate well and was down almost 2 lbs. this morning. Woo hoo!!!!
The highlight of my weekend was my brothers 50th birthday party. I didn't have to worry about eating any food since there was alot of shellfish, and I am alergic. I don't eat any kind of cake, so there was no problem eating B-day cake. I was never too keen on cake. Plus whatever else there was on the table, well let's just say that my brothers girlfriend needs a few cooking lessons. I had a cup of tea and hope that I never get invited to such cr_p again. It was truly hells kitchen. Other than that, I am going to increase my excercise program. Need to do more to keep warm. I am sensitive to cold and the weather here is quite chilly. Turning into a popsicle. Don't want to see snow!!!1
The highlight of my weekend was doing some much needed housework and NOT having a migraine (after having one for 5 days). Sounds boring, but after 5 days of just doing what I had to do, things weren't pretty and it felt sooo good to get stuff done. Heck, it felt good to feel good!!!
I met my Monday goal of doing 45 mins. of strength training today - complete with crunches, Skailark!
My highlight from the weekend was having lunch and shopping with my girlfriends from college :-)
I started my morning with a 60 workout at the gym at 6:15am lol
My highlight was going to the dump with my husband (OK, I had a very boring weekend...).
I got my husband to agree to no wine in the house at least for the next week. And, I am feeling much better emotionally so am determined to get back on the exercise bandwagon (and actually post it in my tracker!)
My highlight of the weekend was realizing that there is more to us than what we think!
And to be on the healthy side crunches is on my menu!
