working out.

Hi I been working out for 2 weeks have not lost 1 pound?? Is this normal

It can take longer than 2 weeks, depending on your work out.  It may not be intense enough.  

Did you actually calculate your calorie needs or did you arbitrarily decide on 1500 calories?  Maybe you've cut calories too much and your metabolism is slowing down to compensate for that.

If you'll tell us your age, current weight, height, I'll help you calculate what you need.

I haven't noticed a difference in inches haven't measured myself. I just did not know if it takes longer than 2 Weekes to see results. I'm keeping my calorie intake very low. At 1500

I agree that you could be losing inches, but if you aren't losing inches, possibly, you aren't cutting calories enough.  Have you calculated your daily calorie needs and are you staying within the allotment?
