My mom started losing weight 8 years ago and she said she felt like she looked worse than she did with the weight. She went to the dr and he said that it is normal to have the loose skin but if you continue with the exercise and diet your body will eventually absorb the extra skin.

Twehner-as far as my diet i do the best I can!! As i told Renae im very picky on what i like esepcially on fruit and veggies they really aint my cup of tea lol!! And some give me a bad reaction!! But I have taken the big steps I dont eat at mcdonalds every day or have fast food every day, i dont keep the really bad things around like candies speaking of which my parents brought tons of over today lol im fixing to got give 3/4 to my lil bros. next door!! I do get 100 cals. packs but even then 1 a day no more! I do drink a slim fast everyday they are really good! I eat a yogurt everyday cus i know that helps and i make a pretty good supper what i can anyways i dont have a stove yet. I didnt even bring my fryer over from in laws i could be eating corn dogs and french fries every nite but nope i was good left it over there and it stay over there lol!!

Me thinks you worry too much, my dear!!! As faithfully as you workout, I think your tummy will follow the rest of your body. You are eating healthy and not just working off calories, right? That is SO important!
