I found a recipe I would like to try only problem is I didn't get the name of it and can't remember where I got it from. The ingredients are as follows: Ingredients:
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 8 chicken drumsticks, skinned
• 2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained, reserving juice
• 3 Tbsp. butter
• 1/3 cup honey
• 2 Tbsp. mustard
• 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Here is the entire recipe!

1/3 cup butter
1 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
8 chicken drumsticks, skinned
2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained, reserving juice
3 Tbsp. butter
1/3 cup honey
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 13x9" glass baking dish, melt 1/3 cup butter in the oven and remove from oven. Meanwhile, combine crumbs, salt, pepper, and cinnamon on a plate. Dip drumsticks into melted butter, then roll in graham cracker crumb mixture to coat.
Place pineapple in remaining melted butter in baking dish and top with coated drumsticks. Sprinkle any remaining crumb mixture over chicken and pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Meanwhile, combine 1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice, 3 Tbsp. butter, honey, mustard, and cornstarch in a small saucepan and stir well with wire whisk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Pour this sauce over the chicken and pineapple and serve with hot cooked rice. 4-6 servings

Ladies the recipe was wonderful! I will type the rest out later, I did substitue the margerine with real butter and then cut in half how much necessary to use it. It turned out awesome.

Thanks tigerlilly -- I hadn't had a chance to do much "surfing" lately to look it up.  I can't remember if that's the site I used or not, but it's a good one........I go there for a lot of things.

Go to ***********.com. It can do what Barb135 is telling you. Way to much butter in your recipe. I wouldn't make it like that.

I found a website once that would give the nutritional info for recipes -- give me a day or so to figure out what it was and I'll try to post it.........it was really cool -- I did it for my homemade veggie/beef soup and it came up with total calories, fat grams, carbs, proteins, etc...........

The main thing I see with your recipe is the amount of butter------------I agree with peekawho -- post the whole recipe and let us see what we can do to lighten it up......

Not as bad as you might think.  Look up the calories and nutrition info for each of the items, and then divide by the number of servings, and you'll have the nutrition info per serving.

but you could likely cut down on the butter, or substitute other things for all or part of it to cut down on the saturated fat.

Post the entire instructions for the recipe--it sounds intriguing!  We could all try to lighten it up to see how it goes!
