Peek....question!

I am getting married in June, and so I am going to start looking for a dress in a few weeks. However, I would like to tone my arms a little before I start dress hunting so I don't feel like I complete fatty while I am trying on dresses. Anyways, so far I have lost 15 pounds and feel really good about it, but my arms are still pretty flabby!!! What works best for arms? I would say push ups but I am really bad at push ups so I am not sure what to do! Any suggestions?

Thanks for the message!!! I never thought of the lighter weights...I have 10 lb ones that i had from when I was in Cheerleading but unfortunatly I went to college and got lazy so I would probably need the 3 lbs!!! Thanks again for the suggestion!

go to target they have the "girly" dumbells there...the pretty colored plastic coated ones...i have three pounders (but im pretty weak) they have different sizes pretty cheap...i do one set of 15 reps of each of the following exercizes...but you can do two or three sets and it wont hurt you. do the bicep curl, arm lifts (where you hold the weights in each hand and lift your arms up on either side, side to side, not frontways...although fronways would be a good exercise too) you can do some lunges to while your at it, thats always fun...i also sit on my hands nad knees with my stomach parallel to the floor, and i keep my upper arm to my side, then i lift backwards, making my arm go from an L position to a straight line then back down...i dont know how else to discribe these...sry...you could always just look up some good weight training exercises...and as long as you dont get weights that are too heavy and you focus more on doing more reps per set than maxing out in weight, you wont get bluky muscly you know? thats the last thing you want is to have bigger biceps than the groom hahaha! have fun and good luck! we want wedding pics btw! ;)
