I'm also wondering, I developed a varicose vein with my 2nd pregnancy, it hasn't went away, and after/during exercise, my legs, especially the one with the varicose vein, gets SO incredibly sore, I'm worried the pain I'm getting for such extended times after exercising isn't normal.
No, that pain isn't normal. If you've been doing the zumba for a while, your muscles should be used to it.
You should see your doctor about, both, the pain and the varicose vein, but especially the varicose vein. There are treatments for that.
I spoke with my doctor about the varicose vein, she said "google home remedies, that's your best option." seriously?! Haha... I'm still getting the normal "soreness" of exercise, and that usually goes away fairly quickly, but the pain in my legs honestly doesn't feel like the normal soreness of exercise, Like I just went for a pretty slow, easy walk yesterday, maybe a mile, and my leg (especially the varicose vein one) is STILL sore, and it's like centered around the vein, but the whole leg aches.
It seems my doctor isn't all that helpful, and there is honestly no one around me within an hour that is taking patients, is there anything I should ask her about specifically? Circulation issues?
