I just have to say again, how happy I am doing the South Beach diet! It is sooooo easy! I just want to be a source of inspiration for anyone who is trying it out!
As I said in another post, nothing was working for me. This WORKS! If you follow the plan correctly it is not a fad diet. It is a way of life. You eliminate carbs the first 2 weeks and after that you slowly reintroduce them. It is very much like Clean Eating and Weight Watchers core plan once you are done with the first two weeks. I am currently working phase 2 of the plan..but I know with Turkey day tomorrow I will probably switch back to phase one of the plan for the following week.
