Advice Needed

I'm a 19 year old college student. And while I do fine academically and can put almost any goal in front of me and accomplish it. The one and only thing I have a hard time doing is maintaining a healthy diet and exercising. I was wondering if anyone had any motivational tips??

Do you have a normal kitchen in your home?  A college residence makes homecooking problematic / impossible for many, and yet homecooking is the best way I know of to eat truly healthy.

I Found it nearly impossible to keep an exercise schedule in college until I got a couple of other like minded people to join me.  I had to be creative with my exercise and be willing to do some on my own but just knowing that I had a Friday stair master buddy really made a difference.

i found that making my own food Helped me a lot when making food choices. You can  prepare a healthy meal before bed or in the morning and plan for it. Planing will help you stay motivated into eating your cooked meal instead of a fast unhealthy pick up at the school cafeteria ,drive through it other. I like to think I'm saving money by cooking too and it helps because college is expensive and any little money saved can be put towards something else you might need.
