Maybe I'll bounce on my trampoline and listen to some more music..... sounds like fun lol:)
"Selma,"
Can you tell us more about how your dx's restrict you in terms of exercise and diet? We could all try to offer some ideas if you educate us a bit more.
My Saturday so far as an early morning workout, a nice shower, then relaxin' with some coffee and playing music on my computer while I checked out MedHelp and my other fav sites.
Then I shopped! I'm going to a wedding next week and needed to but a gift and get some accessories.
I want to go for a walk, but it's pouring. Need to think of something to get out of the house so that I a) don't nap away my precious Saturday b) don't start "grazing" in the kitchen! (That's what I call it when I open the fridge or pantry and just stare at the food until something calls my name!)
Maybe I'll bounce on my trampoline and listen to some more music.....
...looking for suggestions.....I have hashimotos and chiari malformation. Not sure what I can do without disturbing my other dx.I've tried so many things in the past, my weight has fluxed up and down....I need help!

Hello, Went to bowling leagues early this morning. Cleaning the house, shopping for grandpas birthday later.
If you bowl three games this is equivalent to running 2 miles.
