I purchased two things, well three to be exact. I purchased the Gazelle Pro Glider with resistance after having my son. It worked well until I moved and did have space for it. After not using it for bhai out a year I gained about 30lbs. So I started walking in the mornings and lost 16lbs over 3mths. I added cups of water before and after walking and eating. I www antes to start eating healthier so I purchased a juicer after watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. I have added the Magic Bullet for friut and veggie moothies. I do eat At least one solid meal a day. I try to limit my beverages to tea... my favorites are a dandilion detox (1 bag to 16oz water/ 2 days worth)and acai blueberry green tea, I dont add sugar. I think breaking meals down (1-1.5 cup servings/every 3 hrs) helps as well.
While there are some diet pills that work, the effects are rarely long lasting, because the pills aren't meant to be used long term, so when you go off them, the weight comes back.
I agree that healthy eating and adequate exercise are the best way to lose weight.
Stay motivated. Put a picture of what you want to look again on a mirror. Workout often at the very minimum 30 minutes a day for 3 days a week. Diet is everything. You must change your good habits to see results.
Diet pills never work. Most of them are filled with caffeine (as much as 4 cups of coffee). Only clean eating and regular exercise can assist with losing weight. I personally use the Lose It! app and try to work out at least 3-5 times a week (30-60 mins). I have lost about 40lbs so far and still counting. Don't fret, you can do it! I hope this helps.
