Sorry, my response wasn't helpful to you; I'm not sure what you're looking for, or why walking and yoga "do nothing " for you, since they've been proven to be some of the best exercises there are, unless you simply don't like them.

You can't "spot reduce", but you can exercise to target certain areas, though in order to be healthy, you should target your whole body to keep muscles strong and toned.
My "go to" exercise is walking and yoga. Yoga is great for toning muscles and it makes you feel "long and lean".
