I have lost 88 pounds this year.. I eat no sugar or white flour foods only fish chicken turkey eggs for protein and vegetables and fruits through the day
... small meals 5 times a day as opposed to 3 large ones and I try to make breakfast my best meal... oatmeal with fruits and a few nuts is my favorite... I also track my calorie intake with an app on my phone to keep me honest... at night I keep myself busy so I don't get cravings...its always a hard time for me
How much weight are you trying to lose? Have you done anything to "start" losing, such as changing your diet, reducing portion sizes, exercising, etc?
