Hi,
I recently moved and joined a new gym, about a month ago. I had gained 2-3 pounds during the weeks prior to our stressful move, but nothing major. I'm 5'4" and my weight always topped out at 125, max. I go to the gym five times a week, for at least an hour to an hour and a half. I alternate days: cardio, weights, etc. I also *always* keep track of my fitness goals and daily calorie goals with livestrong.com - that's part of what has always kept me in check. However, in this last month, I have hit the scales at 134! I have gained muscle in my legs and arms, but my stomach - which was never flatflat but always made me proud - is a jiggly mess now. What gives? Anyone with any advice or tips, I'd greatly appreciate it, because this weight gain seems to be completely unaccounted for and is wreaking havoc with my mood :(
