You can ask me all the questions you want to and I'll do my best to answer them for you.
You're probably always thinking of food, because you aren't eating enough to satisfy your hunger. Hunger isn't always a physical feeling either. It can be an emotional hunger as well. You're so worried about your weight, that both your physical and emotional well being is affected.
At 14, as long as you stay active and eat healthy, you should not have to worry about your weight. Your body isn't what makes you beautiful; it's the person inside you. We all have to learn to love and accept who we are.
Can you tell me about your screen name?
Can I ask one more question? I've posted this in other forums. I'm always wanting to eat. Once one meal is done I want the next. I just want to be happy and stop thinking about my weight and food! -I find myself crying when I think of these subjects. I'm only 14 years old and already tried of thinking about my weight! I can't go to my parents for advice so I really appreciate you being there for me!! It really means alot!!
No, you aren't a pain for me. I don't like to see young girls be so thin that they aren't healthy. I used to be that way and because of it, I now have health problems I might not have had, otherwise.
Okay, thank you so much for your advice! It means alot!! Hope I wasn't a pain for you!!
Yeah, it sounds crazy; thin is not equivalent to healthy. Too thin is just as (if not more so) unhealthy as too fat. Studies show that some overweight people are more healthy than those who are too thin.
People who are too thin, often don't eat enough food to get the right amount of nutrients to keep them healthy........ been there, done that; wouldn't go there again.
It may sound crazy, but it makes me feel healthier
Why would you feel better about yourself, for being too thin?
