Help with menstration problems

To put it simply, there's WAY too much blood.

I started having issues when I was 15. At that point things were regular, but suddenly it stopped for about 6 months, then came back again for about a month. I was taken to a doctor, who never told me what she thought it was. I got sent to an OBGYN, who tried to do a papsmear, but couldn't (and I've been scared of them sense...). I then got sent to get an ultrasound, and told it wasn't cysts. Went back to my PCP, she put me on BC, and I was sent on my way. Never told what was wrong.

About a year ago, I couldn't afford them for awhile, and had to get off. Things were fine for a bit, then it stopped again. When I could afford them again, I tried to talk to my doctor about it, but she ignored me, because I had some other issues also.

About 3 months ago, it started again... and hasn't stopped. It will for a day or two, then more blood... yesterday was one of those days. It stopped, there was a little spotting, but otherwise good. Today was mostly fine too... until a few hours ago. I stood up, and I felt like WAY too much had came out. Went and checked, the pad I had been wearing (which was completely clean before), was soaked through. Changed it, went home, and changed... that one was about half soaker after only about 30 minutes. Went to the bathroom, HUGE clot. Like probably the size of half my uterus or something (and I'm not exaggerating). Also lots of blood at the same time.

Now I feel sick, something feels... off in lower stomach area, and still more blood.

I tried to go to abother OBGYN some time ago, but ended up nto finding out about the appt early enough to ask off, and had to work. I haven't been able to set up another appt yet, and I don't think it would matter anyway.

I'm still a student, so I was able to stay on my dad's insurance. Problem is that the place he works is getting closed, and so he's gonna lose his insurance... which means I will too. I have no idea what I'm gonna do yet, but I probably won't be able to get on whatever insurance he gets on after this point. I can't afford huge doctor bills or anything, so I'm kind of stuck. Please, can someone help me figure out what I should do...?
