What is this white lump on my pubic area?

I have a white lump on my pubic bone. It isn't hard but it is raised and fairly swollen looking. I thought it was an ingrown hair so I tried to squeeze it but made it worse. I only noticed it after shaving all my pubic hair off. Is it just a weird razor burn? I have had cysts in this region before but this is not a hard lump like they are.
