Bumps under urethra and vaginal opening

I have a question regarding the abnormality of my vagina. While performing a self exam about a month ago I noticed ridges on the lining of my vaginal walls. This sounds strange but when I sort of push out the ridges fully come out of my vagina and block the vaginal hole. I also noticed that there seems to be a connecting bump directly under my urethra. I am sexually active but I haven't experienced any pain, itching or noticed anything abnormal down there other than occasional odor.

Hello,
The bump under the urethra can be a bartholin cyst of vagina. There are glands in the vaginal lips called Bartholin’s glands. These can become painful and swollen, and an abscess can form. This often causes blockage in the main duct from the gland, and a cyst develops. This is felt as a hard swelling. In such cases, antibiotics may be helpful, or surgical treatment might be required.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I think everything is normal. If you're still worried ask your gynecologist what he/she thinks.
