Small, hard bumps around clitoris?

There are small, hard bumps around and just above my clit that I cannot figure out! They hurt to squeeze or press but if I leave them alone, I don't notice them. they don't spread, get bigger or go away.. They're just there. They feel like hair follicles but no hair ever grows in that area... They aren't coloured either. Just looks like bumps under the skin....
