What is working with me and how do I treat this ???

I have been dealing with an (almost) unbearable pain above my right brow bone (and on the bone) for almost 2 consecutive hours now. I’m looking for causes, reasons, and or treatments for this. PLEASE. Also it doesn’t respond to Advil (extra strength) or darkness.

Cold washcloth on the back of the neck? Benadryl? If it is not bearable, go to the ER.
