Cut on vagina

I have been getting what feels like a cut on my vagina since I was young but in the past ur it has been happening alot more n bothering me more since I'm sexually active. I had one doctor say she didn't know that she only knew of herpes n then an obgyn told me it could be a bartheloan cysts or just a cut... I finally took a mirror to it today n it looks like a cut n that's how it feels ... It only hurts if its stretched or I wipe after peeing ... Otherwise doesn't bother me n goes away... Does anyone have a clue of what this is or how to prevent it. Doctors havnt been able to test cuz first doctor said it was to old even though it just started day before n it was gone when I saw obgyn... Plz help

I have chronic yeast infections since I was 15 I am 35 now. I went to a naturopath and she put me on suppliments and as well as eating gluten and Dairy free and they went away. I had these cuts for 2 years straight and every time they did a swab it came back negative for yeast. There are different forms of yeast as well that they don't test for and that is why some women have Chronic yeast infections. However I am not saying this is what it is but it could be a fissure associated with it, lack of estrogen etc.

I get vaginal cuts because I lack estrogen. It is possible that is what it is doing but you said you have had this you were young.

You vagina because the skin is very thin could be tearing from sex.

Are you lubricated when you have sex?

I get them a lot. Mine sometimes is also associate with yeast even though there is no apparent yeast.

Have you ever had a yeast infection?

It really could be a variety of things but for me that is why I had issues.

Are you on the pill? It sounds to me like a fissure.  I would go to a gyno to see what they say

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For such cut on vagina, the possibility of fissure and fistula needs to be ruled out. Fissure is a groove, natural division, deep furrow, elongated cleft, or tear in various parts of the body.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
