I agree, if you aren't getting answers it may be time to switch doctors. That being said, fibroids are common and usually require no intervention. The same for ovarian cysts. However, ovarian cysts usually go away within 3 cycles / months. So another ultrasound in a couple of months or so would be the typical plan. But your doctor should be communicating with you.
So, you have a fibroid and an ovarian cyst. Fibroids are almost always benign. I suppose they can cause discomfort but lots of women have them and never feel anything. It would not be too surprising if you would feel a cyst in your ovary, as those are more sensitive to hormones. There are several kinds of ovarian cyst. Does the doctor propose to remove the cyst or just watch and wait?
