HELP PLEASE!!!ANYONE?IM so SCARED!!!! im terrified into tears!!!

im so scared!! please help!! i have had a BEYOND itchy female part all over the whole thing for the past 5 days. when i scrtch it it  turns red and sweels. it burns slightly from time to time. im still a virgin but have had oral sex, and have been "played" with. But im only 17, and dont want my parents to find out!!!!!!! i thought maybe it was a yeast infection, but there are no bumps, also no oder, or weird discharge. i have been cleaning it every night with soap. and  been putting cornmeal on it at night to keep it dry. i have a small scratch right beside the clit, but it doesnt bleed. i dont drink enough water. i have (was) drinking pretty much nothing but soda for like three weeks. i had oral and was"played" with last on may 8. im SO scared!!! please help me? what is it, how long will it take  for it to go away without medicine? help!!! my fiance is still a virgin, and never had oral with anyone else, and never even touched anyone else!!! idk if its an std, im not educated on those kinds of things, but i didnt think so, because he hasnt done ANYTHING with anyone else and neither have I. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

You could have an allergic reaction to the soaps you are using when you bathe or wash your clothes.  But,  I am not too sure.  The best thing to do is go to the doctor to find out what is going on.
