Hair sweat

Ok so lately I have had to shower everyday because during the night and morning my hair and neck get sweaty. When I was looking things up on google it didn't help because I'm not talking about excessive sweat but
My hair looks a certain way when it gets a little sweaty and I so not like showering everyday cause its not healthy to do that all the time I think. Like I will go to bed with socks on cause I'm cold and shorts but then I'll
Be cold and put pants on but then I'll be too warm and put shorts back on and endup taking off The shorts. ( this happened last night and had been happening lately)
I am 23 Years old.
I did put my hair in a ponytail when I woke
Up from the sweaty neck but that's nt comfortable to sleep with.
Anyone have any suggestions?

You may not need to wash your hair every day (but a rinse in the water doesn't hurt).  I think keeping the body clean daily is an important part of personal hygeine.

I shower every other day and sometimes I do have to shower everyday but maybe I mean it by washing hair everyday seems extensive and maybe you mean just showering the body. Idk.

Night sweats are fairly common among all females.  If you are not drenching yourself in sweat every night, I don't think you have anything medical to worry about.  As far as the showering in the mornings: I, personally, do this every day, as I want to begin my day with a clean body.  Sometimes I shower before bed as well, if I got dirty or sweaty during the day.  I recommend showering at least once every day.  It is not unhealthy.  It is good for you to be clean every day.  Blessings - Blu

Hi there and welcome.  Well, not really.  I've always done this too.  Not sure where you keep your thermostat.  Maybe lower it a degree or two.  but I'm also cold when I go to bed and wake up hot.

I do shower every day though with no issues (when you say it isn't good for you.)  My husband showers a couple of times a day.

when I was your age, a shower could be a long affair.  I've gotten really fast and can shower to out the door ready to go in about 16 minutes now.  Yep, that includes blow drying my hair.  Kids did it to me.  I learned to be quick.  I know that is off topic but was just thinking that when I was younger, showers were a bigger deal than they are now.  didn't know if that was why you didn't like to shower every day.  If it was a time thing.

good luck
