Im 17 and i have a regular period. The only issue is that it only lasts three to four days and i bleed profusely.  During the first two days i have to change a super plus tampon every half hour or so. Is this normal?

Yes Ma''am that is normal.
Your body is still gradually changing and things may be heavier one month than the next month. It's normal.

That does seem like a pretty heavy period.... Maybe talk with your Dr about that.
