Itchy, bumps, and peeling skin -- help!!!

Hi everyone -- new here! I'm 20, and not "actively" sexually active. The last time I had sex was three weeks ago, using protection, and I don't have multiple partners.

Over the past few days, I have been peeing more than usual and my clitoral and labia majora area has been somewhat itchy. My labia majora and minora's coloring seems normal; however, I noticed some bumps (no pus, redness) around the bottom of the labia majora closer to the anus, and the skin around that area seems to be peeling.

My first thought was that this was caused by my razor. And my second thought was that I have a yeast infection, but I haven't had any visible white discharge. I am worried this might be an STI/STD or worse, but I can't visit a doctor at the moment.

What could this be?!? I'm worried, please help!!! :(

Hi, welcome.  Well, its always hard to say exactly and seeing a doctor is the best route.  Clinics are cheap and if you are in the states, Planned Parenthood is a great resource for cheap gynecological care. So, see if that is an option for you.
Discharge from a yeast infection can be different than what is the typical thought of clumpy, thick white discharge.  It can be thin and just have a few clumps in it too.  I had a yeast infection this year that the discharge was not profuse or at all typical.  But the itch sure was!  I had been on antibiotics so KNEW what it was as that happens to me sometimes when I take an antibiotic. Anyway, I used the over the counter treatment that works for me and it was better right away so even with that atypical discharge, a yeast infection it was.  I think we can have irritation from fungal things too so the peeling could be that.

Thoughts of an STD. You used protection when you had sex 3 weeks ago.  That is a preventive measure that is going to cut down on any STD transmission.  It makes an STD being the culprit of the itching less likely and the peeling doesn't sound related to an std.  It never hurts to get a full screening for std's when we are sexually active but that really doesn't sound to be the case with this.

I'd think much more likely to be fungal in nature. You 'could' try OTC monostat one day ovule to see if it gets the itching cleared up but I would try to get to a clinic.  Oh, and urgent cares charge cash to see people and they often have a sliding fee scale. Let me know what you think
