Help....

I have small, hard, and painful lumps on the upper right side of the labia minora.  They feel like they are connected with small swollen "strings".... I have tried sitz baths for a few days and even "popping" them, they would not pop.  I am a worried it could be something serious. Does anyone know what these could be?

I would think Bartholin's gland cyst or Skene's gland cyst based on the location.  Skene's gland is higher up, close to your urethra, while Bartholin's gland is lower, below the opening to your vagina.

From the location it might be related to your Skene's glands. They can get infected but there's usually only one lump. Anyway, check it out and see if that helps.
