I have this throbbing/ pulsing pain near my clitoris area

The pain started just acouoke days ago but it only occurs when I have to pee. I've had a terrible UTI before and it doesn't feel like this. This hurts so much more. I don't know what to do. I want to go the the hospital but I don't have a way there or to the gynecologist. I'm only 21 can someone help

So sorry you are in so much pain!  Do you have access to a ride service like Lyft, in your area?  Do you have any friends that might be able to give you a ride?  Have you tried to call your doctor at all?
