I was taking antibiotics for 2 weeks for an infected tooth which not 100% caused a yeast infection. I had urine test, came back normal. Not discharge. Just pain in pelvic area and swelling of the Labia and very red?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
If you mean to say that you have  urinary tract infection (with burning urination or increased frequency of urination as main symptoms) then it is mainly due to bacteria and not fungal and antibiotics is the main treatment. But if you mean by yeast infection of the vagina (cottage cheese like discharge from vagina as main symptom) then you should use antifungal pessaries. But a diagnosis needs to be made first. For the same, you need to get a KOH examination of the mischarge from the vagina or a urine routine and culture examination done (to rule out UTI).

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
