How long can anal intercourse cause irritation?

So.. I’ve had anal sex before but this time was different. He was in the heat of the moment and was going too fast. He slipped and rammed me in my a**. I’ve been sore for an entire week and two days. I don’t know if he tore something and caused a rectal hernia, but everything is still raw and tender. I’ve had anal 3 previous times but with lube. I really don’t wanna have to explain this to a doctor so please help. What could I do to ease the rawness? Could this cause a yeast infection?

(Btw) I did not mean hernia, I meant hemeroid. It wouldn’t let me change once I posted.

Ouch! you do likely have a little tear that will heal wth time.  Increase your water intake, try a sitz bath and perhaps stool softeners for a few days.  Do you think you are getting a yeast infection of the vagina or anus?
