Headache tingling

I've had this headache on and off for 2 years my head tingles and it tightens up and it's very uncomfortable well today August 11th I've been having chills starting for my head going down my back to my hands I'm not cold but my arms feel cold... I've been going to therapy for my back because I have back problems I don't know if when I got off the floor last night if I turn wrong to get up or what is causing it

Hi. The does sound like it could be nerve related.  But also related to the muscles on your scalp. Do you ever massage your head? You can use an ice pack as well.  I had a physical therapist teach me how to do both of those. But, since you are having increasing symptoms, you really should see a doctor to make sure it doesn't get worse.  Let us know what they say.
