Herpies doesn't have those symptoms but you should still get tested for other STDS. You can go to a health clinic and get it done and also even see a doctor. They go by the monthly income of your house. I go and only have to pay $20 and my meds are like $4. You need to seek medical attention.

The discharge sounds like it could be BV (bacterial vaginitis), which is NOT an STD, just an overgrowth in bacteria down there. Vagisil makes an over the counter test for this. The treatment is antibiotics. I know you said you don't have any insurance, but there are tons of free or really cheap clinics out there. You can either do an online search and make some calls to clinics in your area (a lot of hospitals with religious affiliations have free clinics or programs for people who are uninsured) or you can try this website www.needhelppayingbills.com which I know the name sounds like some credit consolidation place, but it isn't. The site offers a bunch of resources by state and counties for help with utilities bills, mortgages as well as free medical help. Oh, also universities sometimes have free clinics, too.
