I have 2 very small brown bumps on vagina and not sure what they are.

While showering just now, I discovered to very small brown pimple-like bumps on the outer opening of my vagina. They don't itch or hurt. I honestly thought they were just pimples from the feel of them but when I actually checked them out, I noticed they're brown and they're on the opposite side of each other. I am sexually active with my boyfriend and there are times when we don't use protection. I hope someone can help. Thank you in advance!

Hi and welcome.  Well, it is always hard to say.  Believe it or not, little bumps and such are not uncommon in the genital region.  There are several causes.  That yours are not painful is great.  They will likely resolve on their own.  Could be an ingrown hair even where you don't think there are hair follicles, it could be a clogged sweat gland, could be a little cyst, could be something called molluscum which resolves on its own and doesn't really sound like you describe.  I'd try not to worry and keep an eye on it.  If they develop pus, scab over with a crust or become painful, see your doctor.  And if you are worried about them now, then see your doctor.  wishing you luck hon
