I have terrible stabbing/sharp pain lower stomach
During sex I have a terrible sharp pain in my lower left side of my stomach/hip area. It’s awful. Sometimes it will just start hurting even if I haven’t had sex in weeks. Could it be an ovarian cyst?

It could be. Does it hurt all the tie or just briefly an does away again? Your large intestines is in that area as well.
