Internal bleeding

Hi
My mom had a problem with her periods her age is 45 and she had on period since last 28 days and it still heavy bleeding and pain  she had a minor surgery of ovary to stop the bleeding about 2 years ago
We consulted to doctor but it's like having heavy medicines without any results
What should I guide her
Please tell asap

First, she should certainly be taking iron or eating iron-rich foods, since bleeding heavily will give her anemia.

Second, she should see an ob/gyn doctor for an ultrasound or an MRI of the uterus, to see if she has a fibroid. These are not dangerous by themselves, but if one is low in the uterus it can cause continuous bleeding.
