I have been experiencing itching for years

I'm 17 years old and biologically female (but I am a FTM transgender person, so please refer to me as a boy if it's not too much to ask for) and ever since I was about 10 years old I had this vaginal itch. At first, I felt it and it wasn't that bad. But over the years it has gotten worse, and now my vagina has one rather defined bump next to my labia, and then a couple of small flat bumps above my clitoris which do itch sort of but I'm not entirely sure if they're exactly a source of the problem? But now they itch severely and it's really a problem especially due to my gender dysphoria and I desperately want to get rid of the itch. I've tried to see if it's simply an on and off yeast infection, but the medication for that didn't seem to work. I really don't know what it is. As you can probably tell, I'm a virgin, and I've never had any kind of sexual contact apart from my own hand. And to my knowledge, I have never been raped. Last year I had a visit to my gynecologist, and I told her that I thought it was a yeast infection, and pointed out where it itched, but she apparently didn't notice anything unusual, because that's when she prescribed me the medicine for the yeast infection, despite the fact that the results never indicated I had a yeast infection. I really don't know where to go from here... Has anyone here experienced something similar? Any ideas on what it could be??

Im not too sure about the big bump, but the smaller flat bumps sounds like hpv. From which you can get from coming in direct contact with. It doesnt have to be sexually acquired. As for the itching, what kind of underwear do you use? What kind of soap? It could be dermatitis. If i were you, i would go to a gynecologist and get tested, anyways. Especially bc you werent 100% sure you've never been raped. Plus, the new bumps can be explained. :)
