Lybia and vaginal itching

06/16/2018 Hi I am a 51 year old married black female who has a very aannoying outside/inside labia/vulva itch on the LEFT side ONLY! Constantly now for about 10 months I'm also experiencing a creepy worm crawling sensation outside Lips and I can sometimes feel the WORMMY like CRAWLING at my anus. I have recently had TWO vaginal pap smear exam, results clear & clean, my doctor tried to say that it's menopause and Rx me an external steriod+antibioctic tube cream. Unfortunately this failed just like the other OTC vagi itch creams. I've tried benadryl, essential oils, apple cider vinegar & peroxide vagi rinses and wippings with cotton balls -- mouthwash cotton ball wipes gives temporary relief. Ive made homemade douching remedies baking soda & apple cider, OR Peroxide and White vinegar douche mixtures. I've tried toothpaste have a bristled hair brush that i scratch with *strictly* for my private part only and i call it my """couchy brush"" (lol)
I scratch like I've got fleas & Yes i keep it extremely washed and cleansed. My T2D in remission 2 yrs after my gastric bypass surgery therefore the itching/wormmy feeling isn't due to elevated glucose. Last conclusion that it could be a nerve damaged I'm totally fed up now and I am desperately seeking public assistance and support.
Cordially
NM.

So, something I have learned women can have is undefined dermatitis on the genitals.  This is an unexplained itch.  I had this on a pinky finger (better place to have it). Hydrocortisone cream or ointment can be dabbed on and may very well help you.

I'm sure this is really frustrating!  And I'm really sorry it is happening.  I also think nerve issues can cause an itch.  I believe we just keep bugging our doctors.  And you can take the specialist route such as a derm?
