Is this PID?

I was diagnosed with Chlamydia May 17,2018 and treated same day with 1g of Azithromycin. My symptoms are pain in the pelvic area (belt line and below) and persisting bleeding even after treatment. I’ve been in a monogamous relationship for 8 months so it was contracted from before, partner was treated same day as well by the way. I had sex 4 days ago and now I’m bleeding again with pain, I’ve done research online and I’ve heard lots of things about pelvic inflammatory disease. Would I still have that even after treatment??? Please help me I’m depressed by the thought of this continuing and being infurtile.
