'Older women' ... are older! They tend to have problems with their joints, etc. because they have used them so much during their life. Arthritis can settle in just about anyplace a person has had an injury ... at any age. It just gets more noticeable as a person gets older, that's all. We'll all be aching and sore eventually! Take care...
Thank you for your comment! Actually, I have no pain that I can think of and my joints don't bother me. I'm 60 and for the past couple of years, I've noticed weakness in my legs and now it is difficult to get my legs moving sometimes after sitting awhile. No other complaints. I've wondered what is wrong with old people when I see them in wheel chairs and walkers and I wonder if I'll be one of those people one day.
