I have this cramping chest pains in the my left chest, towards almost underneath my armpit, I have been blowing my nose and infection coming out of my nostrils, I am taking Ran-Clarithromycin 250 mg twice daily.

Just started now the chest pains and its feels like muscle crampy in my breast tissue. Is this normal? Im 27 and healthy otherwise!
