PLEASE HELP!

im 18 and a little over two days ago my boyfriend and i were taking a shower and fooling around. i told him to stop for a second and when i looked down i had a huge buldge on my left labia. i was so scared i started crying because i dont no what happened. it is so swollen and black and blue only on the left and only on the labia major. we werent using a condom so its not an allergic reaction. it is veryy big and swollen still and is a little unconfortable when i walk. ive tryed to put a cold compress on it to get the swelling down but that doesnt seem to help. i would like to try and avoid the doctor if i could. if anyone knows what this is or how i can get it to go away it would be greatly appreciated. pleaseeeee help me!

did you notice any slight swelling before you went in the shower or any itching. Were you wearing jeans and tight under wear that might have caused irriation to ur labia. And dont mean to sound disgusting on anything. Did you happen to inspect your boyfriend gentalia. Just  as a precaution. Did he have any sores or cuts on him? You can send me a message to my email if you are not comfortable talking on here.
