Painful Swollen Clitoris

My clitoris has been swollen for 5 days now and it just started to become painful yesterday, its also very uncomfortable that its hard to walk or close my legs. (its about 3x the size). I notice my clitoris is partially dry and on the left side of it it is only painful there, my left lymph node gland is swollen a bit and painful too (the one near my pubic bone?) Ive been putting a teenie bit of tea tree oil on it to kill bacteria and I took antibiotics 3x a day for the past 2 days and also ive been taking hot baths every night since this has happened. But ive noticed no changes except this morning it seemed smaller but it swelled back up to size through out the day. Please tell me what is wrong with me I need HELP!
